Surviving Ringworm
США
Добавлен 23 мар 2020
Who doesn't at some point dream of moving to the wilderness with nothing but a pile of tools, a chainsaw mill and a sense of humor just to see what would happen?
In early 2020 Ryan (who at the time thought he had the skin disease, ringworm) bought some remote property in Michigan with no roads, power or water- just trees. He and a friend who he had known since high school decided to grab their tents and move there to live for as long as it was fun.
The friend eventually had to return to work but Ryan was enjoying himself too much to leave. He still lives in the woods, alone, and entertains himself by building ridiculous structures using only a chainsaw and a few hand tools.
In the event that you'd like to see Ryan continue living in a tent and building worthless stuff with a chainsaw, see the Patreon link below (or one-time support at Paypal.)

Dogs DO Love Bones! Puppy Finds Two Skeletons His First Time Camping. #193
Bernese Mt Dogs appreciate tents as much as guys do? Or maybe he just likes being out of the crate for a change. We collect a full deer skeleton and a porcupine skull he found last week not far from camp.

Yes bobcat u hear them screaming like a baby night Hunter
Ryan, trail cam with large cat, maybe a Lynx?
looks like a linx
I’ve been looking for a shirt like this. The link is broken.
I used to take my golden on quad then got 2 more so I built a box on rear rack they loved it my oldest refused to walk after that he’d sit down and wait to be picked up lol😅
I just got a puppy last week. Time to get up to the property and build a cabin.
My favourite part of the video was Kuiper’s crazy and silly sleeping positions in the tent😅 Instant classic.
Theres an option for you in a Logosol. And you dont need to buy a new chainsaw beacuse you already have the 661. The sawbench is light inuff to be lifted up on the roof rack of a car. Or pulled on sleed behind a atv or snowmobile. And with extension its almost endless in length. The first cut can be made thinner than with an Alaskan mill. My self? Well i just bought an Alaskan mill😂. In very good used condition. I got plans for it and it was cheep as f-ck😮
Well Ringworm we have been watching you since day one of your channel but I’m sorry to tell you that it is time for us to unsubscribe for a while. Hopefully we will be back as soon as your whole puppy phase is over. We have really enjoyed watching your journey and all the cool stuff you have done but we can only take so much puppy this puppy that. We are not dog haters but if we wanted to watch dog content I would be subscribed so a dog content channel good luck and been fun watching
RYAN he is growing so fast now !!! Wait until winter time and going back into the cabin then !!! Will he fit into the cage then ??? Maybe Maybe not !!! You do have screens on the windows in the cabin right so use the cabin !!! Or maybe not it is up to you !!! The back is all in your mind Ryan !!! Use it or lose it !!!
Love seeing your creativity and your love for making things. Just make sure he's getting enough air in the crate with all of those canvas sides, if he starts panting it may be too hot in there.
Try using your microscope on your projector for a larger image just a thought
Thanks for the info! Keep up the fantastic content.
so ... fly deterrents... saw a dude with 2 fake dragonflies up on wires in his hat... like ears... says it works!
Interrupt the lifecycle of the flies. Put some food waste in a bucket with the lid slightly open for flies to land and lay eggs. Then close the lid and leave it in the sun for 3 days to kill all the eggs, then repeat. Maybe you could use small containers that you put up at night so as not to attract animals.
I wood be putting the bones in my outdoor kitchen design. Insert it in my countertop or used as some type of picture question mark
Thanks again get well
Get him some bully sticks
He got so big
👍😎🇨🇦🐾💝
The dog is too cool you and him are made for each other good video
Keep doing what your doing, I’m a dog person with a chainsaw mill and retired and like living vicariously through your daily exploits, it gives me lots of ideas for things to make, or dream of making for my own enjoyment. I call it the Peter Pan syndrome, we all need some area in our lives that we don’t have to grow up.👴🏼❤
What month was this video made? I was trying to match up your temperatures with the month.
Sometime u don't have common sense, put the bones on a tree Da
I'm suppose u know about sulfur powder keeps ticks off you. put it in a sock and then beat it around your shoes and ankles after u have put your pants in your soaks
I recommend beef marrow bones all natural. Buy them at the grocery store...
I love watching these videos every week, they are so theraputic to normal life. ryan i have no idea about this but is it worth building birds nests etc to encourage more nesting and bird spotting near your home? sure would be cool. have a great week everyone
It’s great that you got a puppy. I’m very happy for you. I’m a dog person myself. Love those critters and the companionship they bring. But if I’m honest, I watch this channel for the cool builds that you do. I’m interested in seeing you finish the kitchen, or maybe you can do some videos of helping Tito complete his cabin? Like I said, love the puppy. Just hoping to see more of the big builds. Keep on keeping on bro.
I have a cabin in mio, mi and I love using Rescue disposable fly traps. Absolutely a game changer. Love the channel!
Store those varnish cans upside down and no air gets in to dry it out. Works great.
Didn't they name a movie after you called The Bone collector. 😊
How did you come up with the name Kyper
...........
Hey Ryan, love your channel! Thank you for consistently making and putting great videos out, even when your in pain with a bad back. Kuiper is obviously very smart. However, I’d not use “Kuiper, Come!” command for following vehicles. I would recommend a new and specific command for following a moving vehicle: “Kuiper, FOLLOW.” Since you already have praised him and rewarded him every time he came to you and stopped at your feet when he first learned "Come", it would be confusing (and possibly dangerous) to use the same command for a totally different behavior, "To Follow", meaning to run behind a trailer or the four wheeler or whatever, for a random amount of time before the command is completed, and that will change how long it takes with every outing. But he's a genius and your a cool dad... you'll work it out!
You should try a dog flashlight for Kypers collar at night its a great way to keep up Adare dog at night B09RWL9YJC
I love Tito in a bro kinda way.
I have a camp. In the upper peninsula In Tilden township. Of course. My dad laughs at me all the time. Because I bring my weed Wacker and I have a Riding. lawn mower at camp so twice a year. I take a 500 mile ride to mow the lawn! Greatest therapy on the planet.
Great video sorry about your back get you a brass like those people at Lowe’s wear
I picked up dragonflies that clip to your hat. For the black fly's apparently it's a natural predator
Ryan you need a few palm trees, an a few opossums, they eat ticks like nutz! He’s doing the backwards downwords dog! Nailed it!
For his dog, he has to do training now. he has not had a kitchen, just wants one. Be patient
Growing so fast! Careful of the brain eating worm in deer bones. PS. Get a Kailo patch for your back. Google it.
Considering how much ground water you have in your woods, why not drill or dig a water well. Over time it may behoove you to establish a reliable ground water supply that does not rely on 5 gallon buckets of pond or lake water. There are dozens if not hundreds of YT videos on the interweb they could educate you in the various processes. (. ruclips.net/video/RJKx2Dj39-w/видео.htmlsi=CqSCPSsV7SbKds3F ). It would be interesting if you were able to locate a water supply near the sky-deck. With a solar panel or two and a deck mounted IBC tote you could create your own local gravity fed water system. Even a hand powered pitcher pump could offer an opportunity. Wishing you and your furry kid another great week. Looking forward to seeing Ruby’s reaction to your kid. Cheers
Hi like the videos look into buying a tick comb they work.
So cool
Take me to the lake
Never give cow hooves as chew toys! They do not stink...they STAAANK!!!
